All of our events have an age recommendation next to them. Kids won’t be kicked out of the event if brought, but if they do attend an event designed for adults, an adult has to accompany them. There will be alcohol at some 18+ events, and there will not be activities for young children at such events, so bring those goblins at your own risk!!

Our “Pub Crawl” events are recommended 21+ (minors need to be accompanied by adults because there will be alcohol involved). You will be carded at these events. Other events such as the Monster Masquerade have alcohol but are recommended 16+ (you will still be carded)!

There is a "Volunteer" site in our websites pages bar, once you're on the correct page just click the "Volunteer Here" button! Once you are in the sign up genius there are multiple events to choose from. We thank anyone and everyone for helping out, and will be giving out goodies to those who were so kind to volunteer!

We have three different social media platforms for your needs. We will be posting updates to these platforms and this website schedule if something changes. Feel free to follow us. They are all linked in the footer of this website.

Some of our events require tickets or a payment at the door. Some of the fees support the case prizes at the tournaments. The rest supports the nonprofit organizations CharlotteRising and Courthouse Square.

Merch vouchers can not only be used for festival wares, but can also go towards beverage tokens, and Monster Masquerade tickets!
